Clubs, groups and organizations that need to have the sound rooms and/or the kitchen opened, please contact the Director-on-Duty, NOT SECURITY. Please call The Director-on-Duty 72 hrs. before you need the room opened. The schedule for the Director-on-Duty is listed below.

On the second Wednesday of each month, regular meetings are held in the Orchid Club Auditorium at 9:00AM. All decisions regarding your Association are discussed and voted upon at this meeting. Many other items of interest to all Oak Run residents are also raised at these meetings. We look forward to seeing you there. The Neighborhood Rep. meetings are held the first Monday of each month at the Island Club at 9:00 am.
The ORHA Board Workshop is the 4th Thursday each month in the Card Room at 9:00 am. Any and all meetings where business is voted upon are open to residents.
